Saash Intervene – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Saash, an online marketplace that enables users to buy and sell pre-owned goods. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Saash website and mobile application (“Platform”).

By accessing or using Saash, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Role

Saash acts solely as a facilitating marketplace. We do not own, inspect, store, or sell the items listed on the Platform. All transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers.

Saash is not a party to the sale contract between buyers and sellers, except for facilitating payments, communication, and dispute handling through the Platform.

3. User Accounts

• Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Saash reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Listings & Transactions

• Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all listings are accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
• Buyers are responsible for reviewing item descriptions, images, pricing, and seller details before purchasing.
• Once a purchase is made through the Platform, payment will be processed using Saash’s secure payment system.

Saash does not guarantee the quality, authenticity, or condition of listed items.

5. In-App Chat & Messaging

Saash provides an in-app messaging feature that allows users to communicate regarding listings and orders. This includes:

• Text messages
• Image uploads
• The “Make an Offer” and counter-offer functionality

Chat Usage Rules

You agree that you will not:

• Share personal contact details to bypass the Platform
• Send abusive, harassing, misleading, or unlawful content
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted images
• Attempt fraud, scams, or off-platform payments

Chat Data

• We do not store or track personal details from the user chat.

Saash reserves the right to monitor, review, restrict, or remove messages or images that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Make an Offer Feature

• Buyers may submit price offers to sellers using the “Make an Offer” feature.
• Sellers may accept, reject, or counter offers.
• Offers are non-binding until the buyer completes payment through the Platform.
• Saash is not responsible for negotiations or outcomes between users.

7. Payments & Escrow

• Buyer payments are processed through Saash’s payment partners and may be held temporarily until the order is completed.
• Funds are released to sellers after delivery confirmation or completion of the applicable dispute window.
• In the event of disputes, Saash may place a temporary hold on funds until resolution.

Saash does not provide banking services and does not store card or payment credentials directly.

8. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

• Returns and refunds are governed by Saash’s eturn & Refund Policy.
• Buyers must report issues within the specified time frame, 2 days after delivery
• Sellers must cooperate in dispute resolution when applicable.

Saash reserves the right to make final decisions in disputes where necessary.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• List prohibited items
• Misrepresent yourself or your items
• Interfere with the security or functioning of the Platform

Violation may result in account suspension or termination without notice.

10. Content Ownership

• Users retain ownership of content they upload (images, descriptions, messages).
• By uploading content, you grant Saash a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for Platform operations and promotions.

11. Limitation of Liability

Saash shall not be liable for:

• User-to-user disputes
• Item quality, authenticity, or delivery delays
• Losses arising from off-platform interactions

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Saash harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

Saash may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time if these Terms are violated or if required by law.

14. Changes to Terms

Saash reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

16. Data Storage

We do not store Personal or Financial data and the user have the right to delete their data and account anytime.
