Refund & Return Policy

Saash Refund & Return Policy

When you pay through Saash using the Buy Now button, you automatically get Buyer Protection for that specific order.

Buyer Protection applies until your order is marked as Completed.
This entitles you to a refund if your item:

  • Never arrives,
  • Is damaged, or
  • Is significantly not as described (wrong size, fake, broken, etc.).

Buyer Protection does not apply if:

  • The item doesn’t fit you,
  • You simply don’t like it, or
  • You change your mind.

In such cases, it’s up to the seller if they want to accept a return. You may also re-list the item on Saash and sell it.

How to Get a Refund

There are 4 steps to claiming a refund with Saash:

1. Submit Your Claim Within 2 Days

  • After an order is marked as Delivered, you have 2 days to raise a dispute.
  • This will suspend the order and keep your money safe in escrow until the issue is resolved.

Important:

  • If you confirm the delivery or don’t raise an issue within 48 hours, the order will be completed automatically. Buyer Protection will no longer apply, and refunds will not be possible.

2. Chat With the Seller or Contact Us

Once you raise an issue, you and the seller can decide on a solution:

  • Keep the item:If you’re satisfied with a partial resolution, you can Resolve the issue to release payment to the seller.
  • Return the item: You and the seller can agree that you’ll return the item for a refund.

If you can’t agree, you can escalate the issue to Saash support.
Our team will review the case and make the final decision.
If we find that the item was significantly not as described, a refund will be issued.

3. Return the Item

  • If a return is required, you must ship the item back to the seller using a trackable courier service.
  • Return postage is usually covered by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed with the seller.
  • We strongly encourage opening video as a proof for fast and accurate resolution
  • Keep your courier receipt and tracking details

4. Receive a Refund

  • Once the case is resolved, your refund will be issued to the same account, card, or wallet you used to make the payment.
  • Refund timelines depend on your payment method (e.g., UPI refunds are faster, card/bank may take a few days).
